Props don't disappear in zone or subway view

I recently re-installed sc4 after I re-installed vista few months back. The problem is is that when I go into zone view or try to lay subway or place subway stations, none of the props disappear. I didn't have this issue befor I re-installed vista. Any solutions?

if you have nam, when you install it is an option for "new zones view" or something like this, if you deselect this you should be ok, if not, im not sure what your problem is cuz this is what fixed it for me
