Changing Lot Size & Accessing Effects

Hi, I have two questions concerning PIM.  The first, can you change the size of the lot like you can in LE and if so how do you do it?  And second, how do you access the Maxis effects props?  They don't show up in the props list in the LE window but are listed under the props list in the upper left window.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.  Steve

I have asked this first question before and have had it answered just a few slots down.   Need to look before I leap.  Sorry.  Don't mean to be a bother.  Still don't know the answer to the second though.  Steve
