NDEX_GLR_Transition Problem.....

I recently put a file named "NDEX - GLR-to-Subway Transition (3x1)_ce34b22a.SC4Lot" in My Documents and Settings ...... in the Simcity savings folder/Plugins..... who is suposed to be the file that installs the glr to subway transition, i also installed the "NDEX Essentials" file, overall i did exactly what i was suposed to do, but when i enter in my Simcity 4 Deluxe Edition instead of seeing the transition i see that ugly and annoing box :X

Can somebody help me ? do i need other dependencies files for this to work ?

EDIT: The Rail-to-Subway was created first and has the model file in it, the GLR-to-Subway was created next and uses the model file of the first transition, they both need the NDEX Global Essentials as a dependency.
