Hi,

I have found a small problem with Maxis stage-3 Euro lots (well "buildings"). The problem is that unlike the Chi, NY and Hou sets, the Euro buildings (Schmidt Place, Sadie's Shacks and The Shaw Shack) have all a capacity of 9 sims; comparable buildings (same Building Cohort) of the other sets have a capacity of 10-15. The stage-2 buildings are Seth's Shack (cap. 7) and Kilburn's Kottage (10). This is the problem, I get many instances of Kilburn's Kottage, which the game does not "upgrade" to stage 3, because all their buildings have lower capacities. If I zone more, new development will mostly be stage 3, ie buildings with lower capacities than Kilburn's Kottage.

It might be good to include a small fix in CAM (either reduce Kilburn's Kottage to 7-8 residents, or increase the three other bldgs to values >10).

There is also a similar problem with the NY set too, ie a stage-3 building has a lower capacity than the stage-2 ones, and there's a stage-2 one with the same capacity as most stage-3 ones (12), but this is comparatively less serious.

The Chicago and Houston sets are OK.

My goal is still to recompute ALL Maxis buildings and lots with PIM-X, for inclusion with CAM 2.0. :)
This should hopefully fix all such anomalitites that Maxis left behind. ;)

This will mean I will have to make some updates to my EHA sooner or latter :)
