Hi, the residential halver mod made by Slightlyslack is not halving the dwellers of Maxis residentials, nor in my established cities or in new ones. I tried putting it in both the documents/ and programfiles/ plugins folders, but no results. Is anyone familiar with this mod and how to make it work? Thank you!

RippleJet

The capacity of existing buildings, which have already grown in your cities, is saved in the savegame file.
Thus, I don't think the halver will affect any of those which have already grown.

If loaded last (with no other mod affecting the ingame buildings loaded after it),
it will halve the capacity of all new buildings that grow though.

Try placing the mod in a zzz folder of your documents plugins (that's loaded after the program files plugins in any case).

Hi RippleJet, I followed your advice and put the mod in a zzz- folder, so now it works.  It also affects established cities, which is great. There must have been a conflict with some other download, even though I can't tell which one. Thank you!
