is there a Water Pumping Station out there that produces enough water for the whole city regardless of size of city

Press Ctrl-X and type HowDryIAm in the cheat window that opens up. ;)

what does this cheat actually do? I typed it and don't know where to go from there? what is the logic behind this... jdoes this just make the one pump produce unlimited water? all the zones are still red... I just don't understand this... does anybody know how to give a good detailed explanation of this cheat?

Well, basically, the buildings don't need water anymore. ;)

From all the various utilities, water is the least problematic one, at least for me. I don't know how much water your city needs, but usually, three or four large pumping stations should be more than enough, even for one million sims or more. If you need a lot more, then it's quite likely that you have unbalanced BATs and lots installed.
