Map Request: Miami Florida

Hey guys. Could someone make a full scale map of the Miami Beach and the surrounding area? (or 1/2 or 1/4 scale) Just as big as possible. (I would like about 2 tiles to extend into the ocean for my signature Atrubian land reclaming please) This is the area I was thinking about...

There's a Miami map on the STEX that NHP has released.  Also, check around the map forums over at ST for ways to get Mapper a/o SC4TF to work with Vista.
