Need help identifying a mod

Somehow somewhere I apparently downloaded a cop car mod that I'd like to remove. Problem is I can't find it anywhere so I am asking for your help. Its kind of orange on top with green sides and a small blue light. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
