Alright, I hope I'm not the first to have this happen to. It's the strangest thing I've ever had happen to me while playing Simcity. I have a desert mod installed, been working on a city for a few days, no trouble. Then today, (with no changes to my plugins at all) as I was playing... it started getting white, then at the end of the year it was all snow covered! Cars are still driving, no effect to anything other than the roads are covered and the yards of buildings as well. I'm a little afraid, because I don't want to delete this city... but nothing seems to get rid of the snow effect. Does Simcity just know it's time for the Holidays and it's a joke? Did something go corrupt with my desert mod? I'm at a complete lost! Please help!

Yes, it's an Easter Egg that Maxis planted that occurs when your computer date/time rolls over to Christmas.  ;)

Don't worry, it'll be back to normal tomorrow.

WHEW!! Scared the poop out of me! Thank you! And now that I know what it is, I can laugh and say kudos to Maxis. Thank you for the quick reply!
