Mattb325 Timberline and Westcliffe XIII

I have downloaded all of Mattb325's residential lots. The following two, Timberline and Westcliffe XIII show up as brown boxes. I rechecked the dependencies and I hav all the ones that are needed. I even redownloaded them and reinstalled the dependencies and the lots. Any suggestions?

Are you sure you have Mattb325_McMansion_Pack_Vol01 ?  The buildings are in there, and the lots use them correctly.

I downloaded that pack again and installed again. I will check when I go back into SC4.
