Having Problem with Regional Tracking Mod and Data Viewer

Hello. I am new to this website

. Thank you all people working hard to make amazing things for SC4

. I have installed both Regional Tracking mod and data viewer. I do get pop up for tracking the city but only sometimes

. This thing is not working for me

.

EDIT: Can anybody tell me how to put attachments? so I can attach the error screenshot?

You need to host your images off-site.
Read this for more information, if needed.
