hello, can somebody tell me, what object is missing here?

Dependencies packs are installed, but something is still missing  ()what()

Are you sure that you installed all dependencies? The pre-fab lots that Sam Johnson made are using the SFBT tree prop families, which are included in the SFBT Essentials and the SFBT Street Tree Mod. Depending on what families are installed, you need further dependencies (Cycledogg's trees or Pegasus' MTP trees). If you don't want to install any of those, simply remove the corresponding tree prop families (i. e. just keep the Maxis ones).
