Great updates so far!

The picture in image 7 of update 26a looks like something out of SC2000 XD

And BTW, there is also a PEG police car mod pack and a black and white police car by MikeSeith on the STEX, and in the downloads section of www.simcitycentral.net there are British, Polish, Russian, Swedish, and Dutch civic vehicle packs (but they are mixed in with dozens of bus and train mods) Also, and I think that you'll be most interested in this, there is a really big pack of German civic vehicles availavle in the Fahrzeug-Skins section of kurier.simcityplaza.de (LINK). So no, I am not the only one making German or Polish or what-have-you police cars. (There are a couple German police cars available in my own Request Pack 1 on the STEX)

I loved the first picture of the CBD at night. Very nice diversity between the buildings, loved the lighting. Also loved the giant rail yard. That looks like high speed inter-city rail, is that correct? Great work, thanks for sharing!

Excellent Shots Bat. It's hard to believe that 1 and 4 are the same picture but one day and one night version. The feeling of the building is very different in both. Normally I like the day looks of a city better, but you made me turn: for a change I prefer the night shot

Man, that is some development you have going; very intense. That railway station is immense but it fits in great with all the other large developments in the area.
