Beautiful sports complex and light residential area!    I really like the way those black SAM streets look when they're in high-wealth areas (with the really green grass)--I wish I knew how to mod it so they always had that nice grass or were all sidewalk. Can I ask where you found those tennis courts and basketball court? Again, looking forward to the anniversary update
