The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

In some MD:s I've seen a picture called "mosaic". I would like to know how to make one of those.

Mosaic it's the term used by us to describe those long images you see in some MDs. It's made by taking one snap shot, then without moving the mouse and using the scroll keys, scroll down to another point of your game screen but make sure it still shows part of the previous area that you have taken that screenshot, and take another one. Repeat as many as you wish and then, join them with your favourite graphics program (PShop Pro, Photshop, Paint, etc...) Then, you can slice those images and post them one after the other, without any intervals (line breaks). It will give the aspect of being a full image, but in fact is a set of several ones just joined together.
I think there's a tutorial somewhere here or in another forum. &mmm

Edit: In fact there is a tutorial in this thread
