I have been working on this model for a few hours and wanted to show an update. The modeling on this version of the building is about 60% completed.
 
What can't believe is that I'm battling the building again for the third time.

Another nice model.
As for the Ground Scrapers, I mean low buildings the are very wide and long and only about 5 to 10 storeys high.

Here's an update on my other apartment building, still work to be done, I have to do more detail like the facade details and the ground floor for the building, but it's coming along slow.

Although there is no mixed zoning in SC4, it looks like the fat building would have it if there was.  It appears as though there's a bank on the first floor.  Of course, this building is residential overall, right?  The roof texture on the big building is quite a sight.  Good work!

metarvo- Thank you, for the fat building, the building is going to be Residetial and commerical and will have 4 versions of the building. Two of the four version should have balconies.

Okay, I have added more stuff to the skinny building, you can see it in the render. What's missing is some pipes on the roof and I think that it for this version of the building.

Nice work, Aaron!  My favorite is the lower-left one, but the others are also good.  The window and roof textures are really a sight to behold.
