Missing sidewalks ...

I was using the Peg Rural Roads Mod & the dirt sidewalks showed okay through out my city.  I started adding other Street & Road Mods ... SAM, Farm_Street_CP_Seasonal_V1 & Seasonal_Farm_Street_SAM_CP_Tree Mods (uroncha), Sidewalk Texture Mod1 & Uni-Density Streets Mod (Swapper77)... and I noticed that the sidewalks were gone in the rural zones.  I played around by disabling different mods but I would either have sidewalks in the rural zone or the other zones but not both.  The Peg Rural Roads Mod alone works fine.  What can I do to correct this problem?

I have the same problem but with all my one way  roads.
