Can't build EL-Rail Turnstiles

I this issue has to do with a plugin. I just know it. I installed the ELR facelift mod, but that can't be it.

I'll let the pics do the talking:



^ I want this, but I get this;



^ I don't want that. I want it to look like it does in pic #1.


What did I do? And what do I do to fix it?

Picture number two is what you get with the current NAM.  Its going to stay that way except they will remove the extra rails to clean it up.

Crud... Massive U-turns = Pain in the butt. Oh well, +1 for realism, I guess.

Usually the trains used it to go through in my cities, instead of the more efficient path of straight across....

You can take out the straight thru tracks and the trains will still get to the the other side.
