Hi guys, I have a question that I hope wasn't answered in the myriad of other threads. After d/ling the NAM and a few onroad busstops and sub stations, I've noticed that the tab that indicates taffic congestion and density is always bright green. Now, you might say, "Gee PA9, you sure know how to set up a mass transit system." Problem is, I haven't plopped one bus stop or one piece of track for a GLR or subway.
Is there a way to get my colour coded traffic conditions back?
