Hi,

I have two problems with lots. First looks like:

How can I fix it? I don't know which french building is attached to other building. The only way is to delete this french building from plugins?

The second problem is:

This is the only family lot with that "effect" (Matson Industry - no dependancies). Right after grow everything seems ok, but after a while the ground vanishes and lot looks like on the photo.
I've read several topics but didn't find any advice. I can say I have no water mod.

The cause of the first one should be conflicting plugins. I think you'll have to remove either of the buildings from your game.
As for the second one, you haven't downloaded all the dependencies you need ;)

I fixed the second problem. In the Lot Editor I throw out the base texture and put a new one. I have all dependencies for this lots but they didn't work (in the LE the base texture was snowy white).

The first problem is still unsolved. In the LE the lot (Annenstrasse 6 by SFBT) looks ok. I have throw out all props and now I'm waiting this building to grow. Maybe it'll be ok.

I've checked in the LE this french building. It's a prop 0x2eea9c9b... In the lot Annenstrasse 6 there are two props - maxis street pine tree and a bench - 0x1d220000... I don't understand why the french building is attached to this lot. Temporary I deleted this building from plugins but I don't like this solution.

The second problem: it is possible that the maker did this on purpose: no base texture, so that the landscape shows through. If there is no base texture but there is an overlay texture, you get the water bug. And that is exactly what we see here.
There are three ways of making a lot without a base texture:
1. After saving in LE with base texture you open the lot in Reader and delete the base texture.
2. The maker of the lot uses a base texture that is on puropse not included in the lot or available somewhere. So the game cannot find the texture and you will see what your image shows. I am not sure it works this way, but I have seen more lots with snowy white textures (like Jeronij's seawalls) on lots that show no texture in game. I guess it works the way I described.
3. You make the lot in Pim-X. In this utility you can save a lot without base texture.

The second problem: sometimes props, models or textures are made by different people and they get somehow the same IID. Then there is a conflict.  I don't know what you can do best to remove the problem.
