Is there a tutorial for transit-enabling lots? 
I want to pedestrian-enable the Sinburg Plaza Set so that it can be used for accessing pedmall tiles with the same texture.

You can use the SC4 Tool by Simrollie and Andreas. (The download link is at the bottom of the page) Learning curve is fairly short.

I have about half of them done, though I have not playtested any yet. These are going to be very helpful when combined with matching pedmall tiles.
