I do indeed like the seawalls.   They add a great "finished" touch to the city.

I sure am glad I didn't keep my appointment at Nip'N'Tuck.     Sheesh, I'd probably end up looking like George W. Bush.   Then I have to let Dick Cheney shoot me.   ::)

Evening All

Got your cuppa? Sitting comfortably? Then we'll begin this update.

Hi folks
I got something to tell you - I think I like this Cam you know.
Yes Indeed its even got to the point that I am like this

since I got it working right.

I mean I have a population in Waterford that at my normal pace of play
would take me about 4 months to reach.

And certainly not in the space that I've used at present.

I've even grown my first Cam residential and commercial too.
The best part was I went to make a cuppa , when I came back

I had 'scrapers. Oh yes indeed and not just one- oh no more than that

Well heres a quick recap

Waterford small overview year 47

Stay tuned......

Personal Replies

That first name I recognise and the second is familiar lol but lets leave them alone eh? I mean having names like that must be a burden lol

Patfirefghtr: There's your cuppa mate heck I'll even throw in a donut
:)
Those sims i found on a south American site. habelurg has lots of stuff there and they are available as a DL. I can't find the link at the mo but if anyone else knows feel free to link to it in a post.
If I remember (yeah right with my memory - thank (insert Deity's name here ) for bookmarks  ::) where was i? oh yes - all they do is change the pic and no noticeable effect in game - just a different pic :) I was tired of looking at "Gustav Knivenfork the 253rd" who looked they same as the first guy lol

Just checking with reception re: your appointment - not that you need it mate

Who'd wanna spoil those good looks eh?

Waterfalls - Hmmm nice

Bat: Cheers dude Had to go back to the beginning especially after reinstalling

Sober: Hi there. Only if you can afford it. Their prices are - well if you have to ask you cant afford it. Their beauty products are amazing though and really do work  $%Grinno$%

Ennedi: Adam yes indeed it does- now lets see Can I recreate it - gonna be hard but we'll try :)
Thank you re the clinic - yes lets hope so it would be fun to see sims from other regions - besides think of the money - always think of the money is the company motto

It looks like you have done very well with the CAM.  I do however like how it use to look as well as now.  Cities do grow.

Sorry I haven't been around much lately. Law school will keep you busy. I have to say though, that the development due to the CAM is quite interesting. If I understand it, it allows more growth stages and therefore, smoother develpment (correct me if I am wrong), and from what you have shown, it works pretty well. It wold be interesting to see some pics closer up to show how the development has changed due to the CAM. Though it may just be me, it seems like those 'scrapers went up a bit fast. I might have expected more horizontal development (but then again I live in the LA area where the skyline has no real predictability... "many cities searching for a center"). But at any rate, it looks good, and I will try to get around here more often. Take it easy.

thundercrack83

Dang, thundercrack beat me to it (but then again, I think he's the one who moved it here), but first or second, it's still my pleasure to congratulate you on your recent md upgrade. Also, while your entire upgrade was great, and used such a wide range of interesting buildings (CAM related?) I wanted to focus in particular on how well done the avenue median of the second pic is. Was that custom made (and if so, were the lots made by you)?

Diggis

Wow! Nice work, we still need to have a sit down and discuss copyright on the name though,  :P
