I have an issue where when the "night window" selection is enabled, my windows appear lit in the preview, but not in the render.  Lights that I apply myself work just fine.  Any ideas?

Don't quite understand. What do you mean by "lights that you apply yourself", as opposed to the "night windows selection that is enabled"?

Did you check the night textures in the rendered model? Do they look lit there (check colour and alpha separately)? If yes, then this is a modding, not a BATting problem.

A "Target Light" works just fine.

When I use the Night Window option in the BAT Parameters, the light shows up in the preview, but not the render.  BAT simply doesn't render a night version.

In reader, I have no FSH that are 0x####8###.

I could show pictures if you still need more.

Night lights and night windows are two different things. The rendered model though should have the night textures, even if the scene has only night windows, and not night lights (I think so, all my BATs do have night lights too so I'm not 100% sure). If this a "bug" (or "feature", if you prefer so) of gmax/BAT, ie requiring night lights in the scene, to generate the 0x####8### textures, you can try adding a small external light, far away so that it doesn't actually light the model (use the Far Attenuation setting, to limit the light to 1m or so). Otherwise send me the BAT (along with its textures) to take a look.

Thanks Cogeo
