Cannot start

I have installed the SC4Mapper to D:/SC4Mapper, on a Win 7 64 system.
I patched and tried running in XP compatibility, but still get the following in the log :

Can anyone help me out?

I can't get the mapper to work, but I have been able to get the Terraformer to, and am using that.

By the looks of it, you're missing a required DLL.
