I'm trying to make an American-style city with a "planned community" feel to it. But I can't seem to find any good set that's right for my purposes.

I will commission someone to design, model, and lot a set of prefab-housing BATs. PM me if you're intrested, and from there we'll discuss the details over either MSN or Skype.

As I said, I'm offering cash money for them to do this for me, if that's even legal. Otherwise, where's the motivation?

This was the beginning of my project/idea but it's quickly fell by the wayside. It's a lot of work because I planned to do several (and by that I mean a LOT) of houses. It would start with 1x1, 1x2, 1x3, 2x2, 2x3, 3x3, 3x4, and 4x4. Each house would come in 6 different colors and also a mirrored version.

I sort of gave up because I have no knowledge of any other type of bating except for simple stuff in Rhino and I don't particularly want to learn a new program like 3DS Max. If there is interest, which I haven't seen much of, then I would probably continue it with collaboration with other members.

Hmmm, actually.... Those BATs looked rather promising, matter of fact. You definately have a knack for detail. Sign me up, I suppose. In fact, I'm taking a course in 3DS Max this semester. This'd be perfect for extra credit!
