United Nations Building

I know that it has been tried before, and I also know that the SimCity 3000 game had it, but has anyone ever successfully created the United Nations building. It would be such a wonderful compliment to the game with all the other New York buildings the game already has. And it would make the New York region a bit more realistically to build, I mean hey its a landmark one that really needs to be made. In my opinion anyways.
