The Blue car and chopper floating icons

These things wandering all over a city sure do get distracting.
Is there any way to turn off these? I don't use the "u drive it", or the other options.(YET)

Yes, there is.  Go to My Sim mode (the third big icon which looks like a person).  You'll see two icons.  Click U-Drive it (the green icon with the car).  You'll see four smaller icons.  The last one of the four, which is the UDI indicators on/off option, should be ringed in white.  Click it to deactivate it.  Now you should no longer see those pesky UDI icons.

You have to turn of the "missions". It's in the same menue where u can start the UDI from - there's an Mission toggle button.

Thanks a bunch.    As a newbee to the "game", I'm not ready for "Missions" or chasing the cars, etc.
