News:

The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

These things wandering all over a city sure do get distracting.
Is there any way to turn off these? I don't use the "u drive it", or the other options.(YET)

Yes, there is.  Go to My Sim mode (the third big icon which looks like a person).  You'll see two icons.  Click U-Drive it (the green icon with the car).  You'll see four smaller icons.  The last one of the four, which is the UDI indicators on/off option, should be ringed in white.  Click it to deactivate it.  Now you should no longer see those pesky UDI icons.  :)
Find my power line BAT thread here.
Check out the Noro Cooperative.  What are you waiting for?  It even has electricity.

Here are some rural power lines.

You have to turn of the "missions". It's in the same menue where u can start the UDI from - there's an Mission toggle button.
If it's a good idea, go ahead and do it. It's much easier to apologize than it is to get permission.

Thanks a bunch.    As a newbee to the "game", I'm not ready for "Missions" or chasing the cars, etc.  :)

Appreciate the help.
