SC4 PIM-X tool dose not worke any more for me :( :( :( :(

i have no clue when this junk stared but when ever i try to start the SC4 PIM-X tool i get this message saying  Errors occurred see log file for details and so looked in the file and it says this

ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.  i tried compatibility mode uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works i need some help from a professional  as this is making me  :angry:  &

Do you happen to have Windows 7 SP1? If so, thet that's what's in all likelyhood causing this.

no i have windows vista home and it used to work like a charm .

other than uninstalling SP1 or reinstalling windows without SP1, I'm afraid not.
