The gas station looks awesome, Bipin!

Bipin

Thanks Schriefer!  ;D

Now, for a new BAT:

Welcome to Fabland, everyone!

The most abysmal, decrepit mix of a run down Fabricland and Foodland (although these stores are already run down, it seems).

This is a real nice looking Commercial Building.
Not everything can be fancy Glass Buildings or large Stores in restaurated historic Buildings.
And your newest BAT is a perfect Way into another Direction.
We definately need more of these. &apls

Bipin- the master of grungy concrete and run-down buildings.

That's good to hear, thank you everyone!  While I live in what is arguably the nicest end of town, I always find myself hanging out/working/going to school in the areas most people wouldn't dare to go, due to some misconceptions about those people and places. I surround myself with these grungy structures daily, which have their own beauty, so it's a pleasure to BAT them, and wonderful to hear a desire exists for them!

The roof textures are gloriously drab and dull.  &apls

Love it! I'll echo Erik on the roofs and I quite like the lights as well  &apls

Great ugliness. It looks totally spoiled. I'd never supposed this would be a compliment.  ;D

Reminds me of "Laser Tag" and "Better Call Saul" dilapidated shopping centers from "Breaking Bad"

c.p.

The roof textures are great

Bipin

Thank you for the kind words everyone!  :) Roofs have always been a challenge for me, so I'm glad to hear you all like them. Speaking of which, here's a small update:

I'll finish it off with an AC unit or two, vents, and duct work. Also from a previously unseen view:

Enjoy!  ;D

Great job! I'm sure the roof will look better with more stuff on it.

Yes, add a few more items on it and it will look perfect :)

I think the roof looks GREAT.  After all, these is a dilapidated shopping center where previous leasers stripped the place clean before they were kicked out.  Maybe a few more pieces of junk and you hit it on the nail.  Also, would be nice to have a "For Lease" sign plastered on the windows here and there for the empty spaces.

Bipin

I appreciate the kind words everyone. You're getting me into he holiday spirit!  :-[ Anyways...

Enjoy!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.  Would still love to see "For Lease" signs either in the windows or in the place where the store name sign would be.

Don't worry! These buildings will be released as a pack. I've already incorporated some "For Lease" signs into another building, as well as a large mall sign, akin to this:

Also...

You're all welcome to suggest names for the two blank signs seen in the previous images.

I'll pick the best two, so long as your ideas aren't all for strip clubs, brothels and pot shops.  Let's keep it appropriate for Sims of all ages!  ;)

How about "Laser Tag" or "Better Call Saul" lawyer.
