Connection with another City using RHW 5.0

Well,some days i decided use RHW ... and now i love RHW ... but i dont know how connect RHW-4 with another citys ... the arrow direction, for 2 side, is same exemple -> ( → ,→ ) i'll post the picture ...
Its influence in traffic direction? i never started a city for see it...

It's normal for the arrows to point the same way. Don't worry about that.

When you make a neighbor connection, you need to use one of the neighbor connection pieces so that cars can move from tile to tile.  See the two FAQs here:

In addition, I found a picture tutorial on Simtropolis that may help you.  They use RHW-6S, but the procedure is very similar for your case.
