Night lights on added content

Hi.

I have just started playing again after quit a few years away and i am enjoying myself 

The only problem I seem to be having it that added buildings do not light up at night.  I have a few by different modders, that are growing very well. I have down loaded and installed the dependencies if asked for in the read mes for the building and I think I am lucky as so far I haven't had a single brown box   

I am running simcity4 rush-hour and the games own buildings light up lovely at night.

Welcome back to the game, you are missing one of the SC4 updates, go here  http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?page=6

accept the license agreement and then go to the "Building Architect Tool (BAT)" section, you need to download and install the "Sim City 4 Buildings Update" to get night lighting on your added buildings
