Mas71 sunken parks missing props

I downloaded Mas71's sunken parks today along with all the dependencies, but when I plopped it in SC4, the park didn't show up. All I got was a blank lot.

Heres a picture that shows what I mean

Blue=what the lot should look like
Red=what it looks like when I plop it

It appears fine in the lot editor, but when I plop it in-game, all I get is a blank lot.

Can anyone help?

Oops, stupid me, I didn't read the readme properly, problem solved

Before, Thank you very much for download and using my works

well,
You should advance time in a game after plop it
It will displayed in 1/March & 1/June & 1/September & 1/December.
(Read again a "README" please)

and I had download my parks on SC4D-LEX once again, and I had test to plop then.
I was already able to confirm that they are correctly displayed.
