Hi! I'm quite new with the editor, I already created a lot and I didn't have much problems, but with the second I'm no being able to enable transit.

The prolmen is that when I'm going to do it, the "Save" option is off and the changes I made can't be saved. What can I do? Thx.

First of all, welcome the wonderfull world of lot editing

Secondly, I assume you use the SC4TOOL to transit enable? If so, the only thing I can think of is that the LOT doesn't have base textures on the tiles you wish to transit enable. Hope it helpes  :)

Thx for the intro, but I think you mean "The painful world of lot editing" ;D

And yes, I'm using the SC4TOOL and no, there are base textures, I use the Simcity 4 Lot Editor and it even if I try to save without the base texture it doesn't let me to do that. :S

PS: I can put, edit, etc. but I cann't save when editing the transit enabler.  :-[

Slighty confused here, so just to make sure, the tiles you wish to transit enable must have base textures. Otherwise try making a new lot, I've had my fair share of random refusals to save as well, a new lot usually took care of it.

The Maxis LE doesn't allow you to save a lot without base textures. The SC4PIM, however, does. And it's far, far easier to use (wonderfull actually  ;)) so I suggest start using it instead.

Crap... I don't know shy it happens... I have the base textures, I even createad a v2 version with normal textures and still nothing, the editor don't allow me to save it... and I don't wanna fustigate myself making again the lot!!!!  :bomb:

Meh, that's pretty frustrating and I'm out of options. All I can say is that with the SC4PIM you can copy/paste textures & props from the old into the new lot, so it isn't that much work. Still frustrating though  &mmm

I think that you'll be more successful if you finish the lot using the LE first. Then put some TE tiles on the lot using the SC4Tool afterwards. Finish the lot using iLives reader (sounds affects, item icons, LText, etc)

It may also be an idea, if you've not done it this already, to learn using a beta, bare bones, throw away lot. Then do the real lot when you're confident.
