Help! Sims only using one side of RHW

I have a problem with sims using only one side of RHW. I have installed LHD version but there are no problems with sims driving on both sides of the road but in RHW they only seem to drive on one side.  In one of my cities on a RHW4 highway they only drive east on the eastbound carriageway.  On the opposite carriageway although it is connected to roads etc by ramps, it is completely empty of traffic. Any suggestions? Thanks

This is normal, it just means they all travel east to work in the morning.  When you use the Route Query tool, a little Key/Legend box pops up in the top right corner.  In that box is the option to view morning or evening commutes.  Switch to evening and you should see that they all use the west bound side of the highway (to go home).
