simcity 4 region view not showing cities

For some odd resson my region view is not showing cities



any ideas thanks

Yes I have: do you save your cities with the Save function of the game, or do you just use the Quick save option? If you use Quick save the game does not update the city view image that is used by Region view to make the region view.
So if you have only the save of the first empty city tile.... you see only that.

In addition, don't do other things while saving to region is in proces, e.g. check your email or something. Otherwise the regionview won't be updated and you're left with flat city tiles.

i don't do anything while its saving

and i use the save as normal only just started
