Power/Telephone poles props

I'm fairly new to modding my city and I have a ton of mods for my game but what I'm lacking is telephone poles or power lines as props that I can place anywhere as I would a tree or plant.  I have some power line lots but they take up a city tile which I don't want to do.  I want to be able to place the pole onto a sidewalk like you would a tree. i.e. flora packs that let's you put flowers/shrubs on existing tiles.  they really don't need the lines attached to them but would be a nice touch.  I've checked the STEX and here on the LEX but I haven't found what I'm looking for.
