I have been looking for dependencies on the buildings I have this problem with all day. The brown boxes I can fix, there are nice lists here for dependencies and all, but I can't seem to be able to fix the gardens! Some of the buildings simply have black or gray squared gardens, with some trees on sometimes.. I downloaded that torrent to get cam CAM, so things are missing (as is known). Now, I don't feel like the whole process of redownloading and reinstalling cam and the lots, so can anyone give me a hint on what i need to fix this and how I find it?

Some of the buildings that have this problems are called, when I use the question mark on them:
