After a long break from SC4 I plan to reinstall the game.

I would like to have all the "bells and whistles".. CAM, NAM etc. etc.

So which major mods should I install to make this happen?

Is there a particular order these should be installed in?

Are there any mods I should avoid?

You are in a very good position. I had all the CAM starter packs when beta testing. But deleted them once the CAM went public. Get the Industrial CAM pack first. The industries will be the first CAM's that grow. I increased my game assets slowly. I downloaded some stage 9 and 10 buildings when I saw my first stage 8 commercials grow. Then downloaded 11 and 12's when those started to pop up. Break the chore into manageable chunks.
