Weird and missing in scroll menu

Hello again,  I seem to have a weird problem, and I did try to search it in the forums, with no luck.  or I just suck at search terms.  prob the latter.. 

here is the problem.  in game, when you go to one of the menus, say the rail menus,  when yhou scroll down, about 20 or so, it starts to miss pictures, and also seems to jump menu pictures too when you are scrolling down more.   I think I read somewhere before, though do not remember if it was here or not, that maybe its a conflict or sorts? or maybe something is missing?  I do not know, can someone help me with this.  Oh I have SimCity 4 Deluxe US version. 

Also one more thing if I may add it to here please.  there is 1 of the GLR stations or something that seems to freeze the game. not CTD, but just freeze the whole game.  I wait for some 30 minutes, and its still frozen,  I think I passsed over a GLR station or something that looks like a yard for the GLR  like a turntable.  this has happened before to me.  and I do not know what to pull out?  maybe someone knows of this problem?  and maybe there is a program that can look for screwed up lots?  like Sims 2 and RCT 2 has?? 

Thanks in advance,  I am so stuck with this problem when i learned how to use the GLR in the game.  and make it work,  but I dont want to just go back to the EL or rail and bus.  since I learned how to work it,  its great,  just some darn things getting in the way.

I see that you have a problem, but you're not alone.

About the missing labels, it's usually caused when the label isn't included in the download. It happens to quite a few of my plug-ins and it can be annoying sometimes.

Can you be more specific of what GLR station it is? A name would be nice.

I cant get a name of it, because when I hover over it,  the whole game freezes on me.    here is a question, can i do a search in wondows and find all (or most) of the GLR stations?  and then re add them 1 at a time?  or does everyone not hold to the naming of things in the game??

If you have an organised plugins folder, where all your GLR station are in one folder, my best bet will be to use PIMX and select only this folder, then browse the various GLR descriptor to see which one can be screwed or missing a vital property

If you post a picture of it there will be some genius here who will know which one it is. They picked my used controller from an old zoomed out image I posted.

On the missing icons in the menu that happens when a ploppable lot is missing the icon file. You can find out what the file is by hovering over the icons and use description will come up. It'll be one of the ones where the list is funky.
