BAT & New Nam

Howdie mayors; long time no speak from me at least lol. I've downloaded the new man version but I'm unable to download the Bat Patch. Is there anyway I can download the BAT Patch so I can have access to the new name. for some reason I'm being prevented from using the new nam. I can't use it until I download the Bat Patch. That's what the note told me anyways.
