Hi, I have this problem I placed Juneau Bank Tower by Dusktrooper NDEX building in one of my cities, plop a subway station behind it and some porkissimo's plazas, then I bulldozed the building, and all the base textures and props stay and the same with 3 tiles of porkissimos's plazas, I've try to dezone with the Industrial and residential and commercial tool and didn't bulldozed it, I tried to lower the terrain and didn't work,

what can I do to get rid of this props?

here are two pics:

the tiles with the problem:

the beautiful lake with base textures and sim people floting above it:

I did plop the building after, bulldozed it and everything worked ok.

Can you plop something else ( preferably bigger ) on that spot and bulldoze it ?

Divide wouanagaine by zero and you will in fact get one...one bad-ass that is - Alek King of SC4

Yes, I tried that and didn't work, I'm going to have to destroy this city  :(

Ennedi

tcx, don't destroy your city. Wait a while. I have an identical situation and after some experiments I removed textures and props. Unfortunately I didn't document this situation and I don't remember what have i done at last. My knowledge is too little  &mmm

But if everything will not work, don't destroy the city. these tiles don't look horrible at all. You really can arrange quite nice park in this place!

Thanks Wouanagaine and Ennedi, too bad you had this problem too, I searched in simtropolis and found this reply to the same problem written by Fox http://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=116&threadid=75247&highlight_key=y&keyword1=Juneau:

A trick that often works, if you still have the bat installed in your plugins, is to plop the lot in question up against each side and diagonally, so you have 9 altogether, and then bulldoze them all at once.

*** So it looks like this.... with the undestroyable lot in thecenter.

That normally works. I know it is a problem if you have stuff already growing around it, but it is better than having a undestroyable lot sitting there.

Good Luck.

I tried it and it works !!!, at least with the base texture and props of the Juneau Bank Tower.

The 3 tiles of porkissimo's plazas stayed, but I don't care about those, they can blend nicely into a park.
