LEX daily quota and problems with Power Search

Hello like many others I too am forced to re download all my custom content.
1.)  got a new PC computer - bye bye MAC mini.
2.) BSOD issues - hopefully fixed.

**  I have purchased a 16 GB flash drive to back up my "SC4 Custom Content" folder
**  I have a spreadsheet where I keep track of everything I download.  Luckily this spreadsheet is simultaneously stored on the DropBox site.

Problem 1:  I power search for all LEX content by Andreas SFBT or c.p. or Simgoober and I get the message "You have seen it all."  long before I have re downloaded everything I used to have.

Does this have something to do with the "Daily Quota" I have read about?  What is the amount of the daily quota, by the way?

Problem 2:  Now the Power Search function is telling me I must "Use at least one filter." when I try to search by creator.

EDIT:  I was using Chrome and now I will try with Firefox.
