These Italian/foreign (I'm not sure whether they're from South America or the Mediterranean) BATs are amazing.

vester: Thank you!!

noahclem: Thank you!! Well, there are some buildings in Alexandria, Cairo or Beirut that I would like to do. This Italian style was very popular in the Eastern Mediterranean countries.

vortext: Thank you!!! Let's see how it looks next!!  ;)

Vizoria: Thanks!! I try to mix all these different styles, because they have lot of things in common. The Mediterranean culture was taken to South America and developed there in its own way.

Now, as promised:

Next to come: colour variations, as always...  :P

The CS$$$ bookstore is really nice! As is the latest building... :)

First congrats for the well deserved OSITM.  &apls

The foundations, like Eric said, they are icing on the cake. So it will be much easier to build with them using the given shape of the terrain.

The Italian house is a real beauty. The window on the upper floor is only wow, - there I would like to live in the room behind.

Keep on the fantastic work!

Thank you all!!!

I seriously love how the buildings bend nicely in sloppy areas. Not a lot of BATers are doing this kind of thing but it's nice thing to have. Good work. :)

Some shadows are odd, but there's nothing to do about them.  &mmm

The one with black and white pattern, try to make the pattern bigger. Its still fuzzy to look at.

Love all your stairs and all the details you added to the back side.

The rear of the building like it very much. I imagine vegetable gardens and small poultry. Great!

c.p.

Nice patios  The color variation are looking good.

carlfatal

I agree with vester about the size of the black and white tiled walls.

The patios with the stairs, the whole foundation thingie looks awesome! And the color variations are nice. It looks like you would play with hundreds of different buildings, a very versatile puzzle.  &apls

romualdillo

Thank you all!!!!

About the black (green) and white tiled house: Be patient!! :P  I still have to change textures in all the other 72 buildings. They're older and they come first!! Think that every building has 2 models (main building and basement), so I have to render all the 144 models again!!  ;)

Now the new aspect of Casa Luis XVI (W2W version with backyard), I hope you like it!!

First colour variation (as always)  ::):

I hope you like it!!

Looks good.  I definitely like the larger roof tiles better.

By the way, congratulations for the OSITM &apls

Great work, romualdillo!

Have to agree with CP on the roof tiles. So much better.

Maybe change the colors of the support of what I guess is water tanks on the roof.
The reddish color kind of blend in with the roof.

romualdillo

Thank you both very much!!!!!

Second colour variation: The green one, I hope you like the colour!!!
