Cromwell Estate by Colyn - fail/brown bag

Hello all,

I saw an amazing prop/bat by Colyn - Cromwell Estate (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=282)

I have downloaded all dependencies (their updated equivalents though) but unfortunately, this prop/bat is corrupted as I still get brown box on the main building/manison.      I notice that I am not only one with problem on this particular prop/bat.

It is oddly that we all downloaded dependencies and it doesn't work. it seems that this prop/bat is corrupt or 1 key missing file (namely the manison itself).

Can anyone verify this prop/bat?  If it doesn't work, then I think it ought to removed from LEX since we don't want corrupted file on LEX to destroy the reputation of quality LEX, do we?

Did some checking for you I believe the model is in this dependency pack CSX MEGA Props - Vol05 (v1.0) and not the one listed in the readme.
