CSX Farm Entrances

This is just to note that the install path has changed from the original version. If you don't correct manually, you will have both sets installed.

Original Install Path: ...\My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\CSX\CSXLots\CSX Entrances
Updated Install Path: ...\My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\CSX\CSXLots\Entrances

Either a cleanitol file could be provided or the install path corrected to overwrite the originals. Otherwise, folks will have to remember to delete the originals manually if they have them...
