Smurfit-Stone Building

I recently saw this building while browsing wikipedia, and I loved it, so I checked the STEX on simtropolis, and found this:

I love this building, but when I went to download it, I noticed that it was locked, and then I saw that the person who made it was a BSC member. I was wondering if anybody ever remade this, or plans to, or if there's another place I can find this.

What is PDA?

A very small group that was at ST, but appears to no longer be active. I believe the letters stand for Poole, Diamond, and Associates.

I sent a PM to him, but don't know if he'll answer it, if not, can't somebody remake his building if it's already made, is there a way to do that?

Unless someone has his source files, there is no way to remake it like he did. Creators tend to keep their source files to themselves, unless they want to share them. Someone else could make a model similar to it though.....

I think the reason why he locked his lot cause it was creating a crash so untill he can fixx it that is why
its locked...
