I have little problem

Hello! I have a little problem. I can't see plugins (houses, bulidings etc.).Instead of it I see the "SimCity Box". 
What I can do??
Need help.

You need to read the Readme for each lot you have downloaded and check for missing dependencies.

You also need to have either SimCity 4 Deluxe or the Rush Hour expansion pack to use and see BATs that are made by other people. Without SC4 Deluxe or RH, BATs will not work in your game.
