Lot/Icons Have Gone Missing From Menu

(not sure if this is in the right place- if not please feel free to move)

I have two lots that have gone missing from my landmark menu. One is the ITS UK (Odeon) cinema and the other Plaza Sao Jorge by B2B. I have checked my plugin folder and all the appropriate files are still there (i've had these lots for quite some time). I recently installed all my accumulated downloads (75+) and tested them. That's when I noticed the two lots are missing.

Does anyone have any insight? Can a new lot override another lot's menu position and "hide" it?

edit:  the issue with the cinema has been resolved. the lot marked "grow" was actually the plop, and vice versa. I forgot that i had removed what i thought was the growable lot. However, the plaza's lot file is still in plugins and still is mia from parks menu.....
