TLA-7 Tree Lined Mod

I found this Picture and it seems there is a Tree Line for TLA-7 (and maybe for Roads, but i'm not sure)

Does someone know where i can get this?

i'm not sure but it seems like the mod from simcity china which is very similar for AVE-6, RD-6 and RD-4 but not sure about TLA-7. need to login (register) to download:
