Change the Obsoletes

Hello,

After I see this and this, I think this is the time we must change our understanding about the obsoletes. Too much obsoletes means our database will be full. My solution is to delete the obsolete except the historical ones. Also, please, lock the comment or the rule breaker may be comment rules-breaking comments.
